When I was a kid I painted and sketched all the time. In high school my painting of an adirondack chair even made it to the wall of the school reception! I’ve been wanting to get back into it for a while now but just haven’t been able to find the time… until now. I came down with a cold a few days ago and used it as an excuse to turn off my computer and break out the old paint set. I painted non stop for a couple days, experimenting with quotes, words and pages full of excerpts from Tom Robbins books.
Then I started working on some stationary designs. Wedding stationary has always been something I’ve wanted to pursue. Watercolour type is so elegant and creates the perfect look for a summer wedding, especially paired with a clean, simple typeface. Here is a sample of my watercolour wedding stationary set. Stay tuned, there’s more on it’s way!
