Delighted, a leading customer experience platform, needed a refreshed brand identity to better reflect its position as a trusted, innovative tool for gathering and acting on customer feedback. While their logo remained the same, every other brand element—from color palette and typography to iconography, illustration style, and web components—required a strategic update to align with their growing market presence.
I led and oversaw the rebrand project from concept through execution, ensuring every design decision supported a cohesive, modern, and approachable brand personality. This included refining the visual language, establishing comprehensive design guidelines, and applying these elements consistently across all customer touchpoints.
I directed and executed a full website redesign, rethinking the site architecture, page layouts, and visual hierarchy to create a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. The new site not only communicates Delighted’s value proposition more clearly, but also improves usability, accessibility and conversion potential.
