To increase engagement in Canadian market, Kinder Bueno launched The Great Bueno Getaway, a quiz that determined the user’s ideal destination from 15 exciting places to choose from. Working with the team at Noise Digital, we developed the concept of the quiz which included five different quiz pages for the five continents included in the destinations. Once we had the concept in place, I worked on developing the type and colour palettes and mood boards. We chose a travel journal concept to get users excited about the idea of experiencing something new and documenting it along the way.
The final design featured beautiful snapshots and fun, hand-drawn elements and writing to give the site a tactile and personal feel, as well as a sense of adventure and experience. We had tons of fun testing the quiz and discovering destinations during the process. The user was guided through the quiz experience, encouraging them to play as many times as they like. Once they landed on their dream destination, they were prompted to enter the PIN from any Kinder Bueno bar for a chance to win!
